Personenbezogene Daten
Personenbezogene Daten sind alle Informationen, die sich auf eine identifizierte oder identifizierbare Person beziehen. Sie werden vom Seitenbetreiber im Sinne von Datenvermeidung und Datensparsamkeit nur in dem Ausmaß und so lange gespeichert, wie es zur Nutzung des Internetangebots notwendig ist bzw. wie es die bei der Erhebung angegebenen Zwecke erfordern oder soweit dies Gesetze und Vorschriften vorsehen, denen der Verantwortliche unterworfen ist. Entfällt der Zweck der Datenerhebung oder ist das Ende der gesetzlichen Speicherfrist erreicht, werden die erhobenen Daten gesperrt oder gelöscht. Regelmäßig kann diese Webseite ohne die Eingabe persönlicher Daten genutzt werden. Wenn personenbezogene Daten erhoben werden – etwa Name, Anschrift, Telefonnummer oder E-Mail-Adresse – erfolgt diese Datenerhebung freiwillig. Ohne eine ausdrücklich erteilte Zustimmung von Ihrer Seite werden diese Daten Dritten nicht zur Kenntnis gebracht.

Hinweise zur Datenverarbeitung
Die Erhebung und Nutzung Ihrer Daten erfolgt streng nach den Vorgaben des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) und des Telemediengesetzes (TMG) sowie der Datenschutz Grundverordnung (DSGVO).
Die Rechtsgrundlagen für die Datenverarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. e, Abs. DSGVO in Verbindung mit § 3 Abs. 1 Datenschutzgesetz Nordrhein-Westfalen (DSG NRW).
Bei besonders vertraulichen Daten oder im Hinblick auf Ihre Anfragen an uns besteht durch Einsatz einer SSL-Verschlüsselung eine hohe Sicherheit. Eine verschlüsselte Verbindung erkennen Sie daran, dass die Adresszeile des Browsers von “http://” auf “https://” wechselt und an dem Schloss-Symbol in Ihrer Browserzeile. Wenn die SSL- bzw. TLS-Verschlüsselung aktiviert ist, können die Daten, die Sie an uns übermitteln, nicht von Dritten mitgelesen werden.

(1) Datenerhebung beim Aufruf der Webseite
Beim Aufruf unserer Website werden personenbezogene Daten erhoben. Dies ist aus technischen Gründen erforderlich, um Ihnen unsere Website anzuzeigen und die Stabilität und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. e, Abs. 3 EU-DSGVO in Verbindung mit § 3 Abs. 1 Datenschutzgesetz Nordrhein-Westfalen (DSG NRW).

Personal data is all information that relates to an identified or identifiable person. It is only stored by the website operator in the sense of data avoidance and data minimisation to the extent and for as long as is necessary for the use of the website or as required by the purposes stated at the time of collection or as provided for by laws and regulations to which the controller is subject. Notes on data processing
Your data is collected and used strictly in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. e, para. GDPR in conjunction with § 3 para. 1 Data Protection Act North Rhine-Westphalia (DSG NRW).
We use SSL encryption to ensure a high level of security for particularly confidential data or with regard to your enquiries to us. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Strato processes the following data for this purpose on behalf of the Ministry of Education of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Which data is processed?
Unless otherwise stated, the data explained below will be stored by Strato:
Log files
With each access to contents of this website data is stored there temporarily in so-called log files, which possibly permit the identification of individual users. The following data is collected each time the website is accessed:
- date and time of access
- name of the Internet service accessed, the resource accessed, and the action used.
- query that the client has made
- data volume transferred
- message as to whether the access request was successful
- IP address of the accessing computer
- client information (e.g. browser, operating system)
This data from the log files is used for defence and analysis of attacks on the portal as well as a statistical evaluation of the number of visitors (see „Tracking and statistics“ below) and is stored for up to 48 hours directly and exclusively accessible to administrators. It is then only indirectly available via the reconstruction of backup tapes and is finally deleted after four weeks.
Tracking and statistics
The Internet site does not use any tools to analyze visitor behavior (tracking tools).
The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. e, Para. 3 DS-GVO i.V.m. § 3 para. 1 Data Protection Act NRW (DSG).
Citizen service and e-mail contact
For your contact we offer different access options. If you use these contacts, the input of personal data takes place expressly on voluntary basis. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e, para. 3 DS-GVO i.V.m. § 3 Abs. 1 DSG. This applies, for example, to enquiries via e-mail.

When you contact us by e-mail, the data you voluntarily provide must be stored so that we can respond to your request.
We use the personal data you enter only for the purpose you have requested and only within the state government or the authorities, offices and institutions responsible for the respective service.
The personal data we receive by e-mail will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which you have provided us with it or in connection with administrative procedures triggered by it and the storage obligations applicable to them.
Data transmission
The secrecy of telecommunications also protects your e-mail content and form entries against unauthorised access and processing. We can ensure its observance for the area of the Ministry of School and Education. However, we would like to point out that data transmission via the Internet can generally be recorded by other Internet operators and users. Personal data is therefore only transmitted in encrypted form where possible.
Use of cookies
Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer by your browser. Cookies are not used for the education portal itself. A possibly created so-called session cookie is necessary for the operation of the applications in the browser and is deleted when you close the browser window again. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. e, Para. 3 DS-GVO i.V.m. § 3 para. 1 DSG.
Permanent or tracking/analysis cookies are not stored.
