CertiLingua for Member States
CertiLingua is a programme of the ministries of education of the participating Member States.
The ministries declare their participation by signing the Memorandum of Understanding.
Each Member State is then entitled to accredit CertiLingua Schools and gains voting rights at the Annual Conference.
The Annual Conference is usually convened once a year. Each Member State of the CertiLingua network can act as host, the Member States rotatively take over responsibility. The Annual Conference is convened and conducted by the International Steering Group. The main target of the Annual Conference is the coordination, evaluation and further development of the Label of Excellence with the goal of improving quality measures. All the decisions of the annual session are taken unanimously. The Annual Conference elects the members of the International Steering Group.
For states interested in a future participation in the label the Annual Conference provides an opportunity to gain an insight into the CertiLingua Network, to talk to the representatives of the Member States and to the International Steering Group. Therefore, all countries that are curious to find out more about CertiLingua are cordially invited to contact the International Steering Group and to visit the next Annual Conference.

Documents for Member States
The CertiLingua Documents are the framework of the CertiLingua programme. There are two categories : Resolutions of the CertiLingua Annual Conference and Additional Documents.
1. Resolutions of the CertiLingua Annual Conference (with administrative number)
The Resolutions of the CertiLingua Annual Conference are binding for all Member States. They are passed unanimously by the CertiLingua Annual Conference, which consists of the official representatives of the CertiLingua Member States. The unanimous resolutions ensure a joint understanding of the label, its aims and standards. For administrative purposes, each resolution has its unique number, referring to the year of the Annual Conference followed by a consecutive document number.
2. Additional Documents (without administrative number)
They provide further information and assistance regarding the CertiLingua program. Additional Documents are published without an administrative number.
