CertiLingua is a programme of the ministries of education of the participating Member States.
The ministries declare their participation by signing the Memorandum of Understanding.
Each Member State is then entitled to accredit CertiLingua Schools and gains voting rights at the Annual Conference.
The Annual Conference is usually convened once a year. Each Member State of the CertiLingua network can act as host, the Member States rotatively take over responsibility. The Annual Conference is convened and conducted by the International Steering Group. The main target of the Annual Conference is the coordination, evaluation and further development of the Label of Excellence with the goal of improving quality measures. All decisions are taken unanimously. The Annual Conference elects the members of the International Steering Group.
For states interested in a future participation in the label the Annual Conference provides an opportunity to gain an insight into the CertiLingua Network, to talk to the representatives of the Member States and to the International Steering Group. Therefore, all countries that are curious to find out more about CertiLingua are cordially invited to contact the International Steering Group and to visit the next Annual Conference.

CertiLingua für Mitgliedsländer
CertiLingua ist ein Programm der Erziehungsministerien der beteiligten Mitgliedsländer.
Die Ministerien erklären ihre Teilnahme mit der Unterzeichnung des Memorandum of Understanding.
Jedes Mitgliedsland ist daraufhin berechtigt, CertiLingua-Schulen zu akkreditieren und erhält ein Stimmrecht auf der internationalen CertiLingua Jahrestagung.
Die CertiLingua Jahrestagung findet in der Regel jährlich statt. Jedes Mitgliedsland kann als Gastgeber fungieren. Die CertiLingua Jahrestagung wird von der internationalen Steuergruppe einberufen und geleitet. Ziel der Jahrestagung ist die Koordination, Evaluation und Weiterentwicklung des Exzellenzlabels und die Ausgestaltung von Maßnahmen der Qualitätssicherung. Alle Beschlüsse sind einstimmig zu fassen. Die Jahrestagung wählt auch die internationale Steuergruppe.
Für Länder, die eine zukünftige Teilnahme am Programm erwägen, ist die Jahrestagung eine Möglichkeit, Einblicke in das CertiLingua-Netzwerk zu erhalten, mit Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der Mitgliedsländer zu sprechen oder den Mitgliedern der internationalen Steuergruppe. Insofern sind alle Länder, die neugierig auf CertiLingua sind, herzlich eingeladen die internationale Steuergruppe zu kontaktieren und an der Jahrestagung teilzunehmen.
